Today, engineers need ongoing education. On joining the IIT as a Research Trainee , you will be enrolled in postgrad studies (Masters or Ph.D) which will help you to specialise in your chosen field, and you will have the option to do your doctoral thesis with us if you wish. 90% of your training will be subsidised and you will receive a grant comparable to a starting salary in a company.
