Description:	The mechanism, set up on 01/04/03 by RTE, of recovery of the Balance Responsible Entities\\\\\\\\' imbalances is very punishing for the small producers as the SNET. Considering the harmonization of the various European mechanisms, RTE must develop its system. Then the SNET needs to encircle the various systems set up within the UCTE* by the GRT for the balance production-consumption in real time. The preliminary before any evolution being the respect for the rules of security, a synthesis of rules common to the European GRT will be necessary. The reflection will concern three main points: the models developed by the European countries for the management of the balance Production=Consumption, the implementation in France of an intraday organized market, *the extrapolations which are possible for the French balancing mechanism in its particular context (dominant actor and centralized production).
