The project will perform the prediction of the number of calls to be received in the client call center of REPSOL gas in particular telephone numbers. The prediction will take into account the history of calls received in those telephone numbers and also, external factors like the type of week day. The prediction will be based on the results obtained from the use of tools of statistical analysis of time series. A software tool will be developed in the project to perform the prediction of the expected number of calls.
