Description: The objective of the collaboration is the improvement of the simulation tool of the Iberdrola’s hydroelectric system. This tool is integrated into the current use of the decision support models for the market operation planning. Besides, it is also included the new developments of the stochastic hydrothermal planning tool.
The tasks developed are the following ones:
a) Validation of the simulation model for other hydro basins.
b) Modeling improvements of the stochastic hydrothermal model.
c) Maintenance of existing applications.
