Title: Study of the dynamic performance of the Moralets pumped storage plant

Description: The aim of this project is the modeling of the Moralets pumped storage plant. This plant is fed through a complex hydraulic circuit that comprises a tunnel, a surge tank and a penstock. The dynamic model of the plant includes a detailed representation of the hydraulic circuit. It will allow the study of the incorporation of several additional units. Two types of disturbances are simulated: a fault in the high voltage bus and the direct starting of a unit.
