Description: The objective of the project is to perform an exploratory study of the state of the art of buried cables for power transmission, in order to give to the client a scientific base for the evaluation of the viability of a project aimed to design, produce and sell tubes for thermal and electromagnetic shielding of the abovementioned cables. Security, thermal dissipation, magnetic field leakeage, fulmination issues will be analyzed and summarized by the workgroup composed by UPCO, CSIC and UCM.
