Description:	The project consists of design of the Traffic Management and Regulation System (SRC), located at the Control Centre of the high speed line Madrid-Zaragoza-Barcelona-Frontera Francesa. The SRC is composed of three real-time subsystems: Traffic Management and Monitoring (GSE), Traffic Regulation Tool (SAR) and Passengers Information System (SIV). The SRC includes the Traffic Planification Tool (off-line), which is able to simulate the traffic planning and to detect conflicts.
