Ramón Rodríguez Pecharromán was born in Madrid (Spain) in 1968. He obtained the Electrical Engineering degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid (Spain) in 1992 and his Ph. D. degree from the same university in 2000. He is currently a member of the staff of the Electronics and Control Engineering Department and The Institute for Applied Research (IIT) at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid (Spain). His research interests include control systems, railway electrification and thermoelectricity.
